Metalforms recently completed the in-house thermal and mechanical design and fabrication of a carbon steel NEN Vertical Heat Exchanger for a Louisiana-based propylene facility. The unit measured 25 feet in length, weighed approximately 33,000 pounds, and was fabricated and delivered within a 16-week window—meeting the client’s tight turnaround requirements.
